LSI has a $5 million dollar license limit, allowing the company to build large scale projects including mastered planned communities, planned industrial parks and large apartment complexes. We are experienced in performing an in house function in design centers of homebuilders. LSI has implemented the quality assurance certification program sponsored by the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
